Payments

When will I get paid?

This can very a great deal from one production to another.  Typically you can expect to be paid anywhere from 4 - 8 week from your last day on set.  In rare occasions it can take a bit longer, the longest I waited for payment was 12 week (this was not the agency at fault,  they pay you when they get paid by production, so please be patient.)

The process usually follows something like this:

  • After your last day on set, the production company will send the agency that booked you the completed chit that confirms the work completed by all SAs on set.
  • You will then receive, on the diary page of the EP portal, a review of your work, detailing the basic rate and any other add on fee you were entitled to, it will also show the deductions for commission etc too.
  • At this stage you have two options, accept or review.
  • If you choose to accept then you dont need to do anything further, if you choose review, you will have a space to write what your query or concern is and an admin from the agency will respond to it, you will then get the two options once again.
